December 2, 2010 - ATTN: All Competitive Parents (Tracksuit Information)

With Competitive Season fast approaching your competitive gymnast will need to have a Black and Green tracksuit and black gym bag.

The Board is asking for a deposit cheque or cash of $100.00 (one hundred dollars) written to C.R. Springs dated June 20th 2011.  Without the deposit a tracksuit will not be issued.  All tracksuits have numbers on them on the tags, so when your gymnast is at a meet please make sure that they have the correct tracksuit and not someone else's from our club.  I will be giving out the Tracksuits and Black Bag in January 2011, starting January 3rd as the first Gymnastic meet is in Duncan January 22, 2011.

Another e-mail will go out before the end of the Competitive Season to remind all of us that the Tracksuit and Black Bag will need to be returned to the gym the week of June 13th to 18th 2011. The Tracksuits at that time will need to be washed, and both numbers on the jacket and pants will need to match.  If the Tracksuits are not back by this time your cheque or cash that was dated for June 20th, 2011 will be deposited into the C.R. Springs account and you will still be responsible to return the Tracksuit and bag to the Gymnastics Club.

A lot of work goes into collecting these Tracksuits, sorting them, washing them and getting them ready or next year.
